Climbing the I Amsterdam sign on the Museumplein is one of the must-do's for any young tourist. In this 360 video we visit the Dam and Royal Palace, take a look in a souvenir shop on the Damrak, go to the Flower Market near the Muntplein, look at the statues on the Rembrandtsplein and admire the enormous amounts of bicycles parked near the Central Station. Daan Hellings, Liselot van Eeuwijk, Mari Nesse, Savanne Kleppe, Floris van Kan en Cindy van Lith made this video while working in NHTV E-Lab. Looks like you had a lot of fun!
On the tones of a Dutch traditional songs related to Amsterdam Jasper, Saida and Pien of E-Lab (NHTV Breda) give us a very good impression of the city center of Amsterdam in a bright winter day. The Rijksmuseum, Damrak, Amstel, Magere Brug, canals and Vondelpark are some of the sights passing by.
Even though something went wrong and the video cannot be viewed in 360 degrees, it shows Amsterdam in December a nice way. So we published this video of Lisa and here unknown co-producers anyhow. The tour starts at the Central Station and from there on goes to the Dam Square. You can see some typical Dutch houses at one of the many canals. At the Dam square you can have a look at the Royal Palace, the National Monument and Madame Tussauds. Besides those attractions, you can see a Cheese Museum, the Rijksmuseum and the famous IAmsterdam-sign. The Christmas Market with the ice-skating ring is only there during the Christmas time. At the end of the tour, you see Lisa and her co-producers buy some cheese as souvenirs and then they enjoy their evening at one of the canals. Where they slept? Who knows ... The video is pitch dark from 2:50 minutes on.
Amsterdam is a must-see for every visitor of the Netherlands. A great video by VR Gorilla.
